David Hirsch is the owner of prime vineyards on the rugged Sonoma Coast. Varieties of rootstock and clonal material have been chosen to grow in harmony with the soils of each vineyard block and thrive in the climatic volatility of the Sonoma Coast. The result is fruit that expresses the essence of this unique site as well as true varietal character. This cuvee was created at the winery by our Domestic Wine Buyer to offer a wine with balance, finesse, structure, complexity and purity of fruit.
