Kübler Absinthe was first made in 1863 but because of the prohibition of absinthe in Switzerland in 1910, production stopped, until Yves Kübler, a fifth generation Kübler family member, gave rebirth the family tradition in October of 2001. Kübler Absinthe is produced exclusively from herbs and plants from the Val-de-Travers region, and is made in the same traditional method as its original product. With no addition of sugar or artificial coloring, the product is an all-natural Swiss genuine Swiss clear or La Bleue Absinthe. 53% alcohol by volume.
