Jack Daniel's Single Barrel 94 Proof (750ml)
Jack Daniel's Single Barrel is made the same as Old No. 7 from grains of corn, barley and rye, and the pure, iron-free water that flows from the Distillery's cave spring, and it is charcoal mellowed through ten feet of sugar maple charcoal and matured in new charred white oak barrels. The difference comes in its placement in the barrelhouse. Jack Daniel's Single Barrel is rested in the upper area of the barrelhouse, called the "Angel's Roost" which experiences great fluctuations in temperature from high heat to below freezing. These temperature fluctuations cause the barrel to expand and contract, imparting color and flavor to the whiskey. 94 Proof.
