Casa Noble Single Barrel Añejo Tequila is an ultra premium selection for the tequila connoisseur. Casa Noble was the first distillery to develop a single barrel tequila and all Casa Noble Tequilas are USDA Certified Organic. Casa Noble Single Barrel Añejo Tequila is made from estate grown, 100% Blue Agave which is picked at its peak of maturity, sometimes up to fourteen years. The harvested piñas undergo traditional slow cooking in stone ovens, and the all-natural fermentation process imparts the character of the agave and surrounding landscape. Beyond the required double distillation of tequila, Casa Noble is triple distilled for smoothness. Casa Noble Single Barrel Añejo is refined as it is matured in French white oak barrels for an unprecedented five years.

Each hand-made bottle is then individually numbered, labeled and signed.
