Casa Noble Reposado Tequila is a smooth, full-bodied tequila. It is made from 100% Blue Agave which is estate grown and picked at its peak of maturity, sometimes up to fourteen years. The piñas undergo traditional slow cooking in stone ovens, and the all-natural fermentation process imparts the character of the agave and surrounding landscape. Going beyond the required double distillation of tequila, Casa Noble is triple distilled for smoothness. To be deemed a 'reposado' the Mexican Government requires that it be aged for a minimum of two months and not more than one year. Casa Noble Reposado is matured for 364 days in lightly charred French white oak barrels to achieve the full benefit of aging. All Casa Noble Tequilas are USDA Certified Organic. 80 Proof.
