Casa Noble refers to their un-aged silver (blanco) tequila as "crystal" to distinguish it as superior, and it is one of the world's most highly awarded tequilas. It is made from 100% Blue Agave which is picked only at its maturity, sometimes up to fourteen years. The piñas undergo a traditional slow cooking in stone ovens, and the fermentation process is all natural, imparting the character of the agave and surrounding landscape. Going beyond the required double distillation of tequila, Casa Noble Tequila is triple distilled for smoothness. All Casa Noble Tequilas are certified USDA Organic. 80 Proof.
