Bols Creme de Cassis liqueur is made from black currants (cassis berries) which grow near Dijon, France. It is deep red in color with a sweet, fruity black currant taste. Commonly served mixed with champagne to make a Kir Royale or with white wine or vermouth. 34 Proof.
