Baker's 7 Years has a lot to live up being named after Baker Beam, grand nephew of the legendary Jim Beam, and with six generations of distilling tradition and secrets in each bottle, it indeed meets the challenge. Baker's uses a special strain of jug yeast which has been in the family for over 60 years, providing consistency from batch to batch. This Sour Mash Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged for seven years in new oak and hand-bottled at 107 proof. It is mellow, medium-bodied and richly flavorful. Enjoy over ice or with a splash of water.
