Since 1749, Appleton Estate has been producing rums. Nestled in the lush and fertile Nassau Valley which is ideal micro-climate for growing sugar cane, Appleton Estates uses classic rum-making methods - a combination of small batch copper pot and column distillation. Then their rums are gently laid to mature in handcrafted oak barrels.

Appleton Estate Reserve is a blend of 20 different aged rums, perfect in your favorite rum cocktail. 


Classic Rum Daiquiri

Ingredients:
2. oz. Appleton Estate Reserve 
1. oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice 
1. oz. Simple Syrup (1-1 Sugar to Water) 
Garnish: Lime Wheel

Preparation:
In the mixing glass add ingredients, shake and strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with lime wheel.
