Appleton Estate is the oldest and most famous sugar cane estates, nestled in the lush Nassau Valley which is ideal micro-climate for growing sugar cane. Appleton Estates use classic rum-making methods - a combination of small batch copper pot and column distillation and then The rums are gently laid to mature in handcrafted oak barrels.

Appleton Estate 21 Years Rum is a full-bodied rum with powerful, yet delicate citrus, spice, nutty and woody notes. This luxury rum is a blend of rums, all aged for a minimum of 21 years. Each rum is carefully selected by Master Blender Joy Spence, for its unique character, flavor and bouquet.
