Pisco is the Chilean national liquor made in the Cognac style from distilled grape juice. This Chilean Pisco is made of 100% Muscat grapes, aged for six to eight months in American oak casks and distilled with the pure water from the Andes Mountains. A recommended choice for mixing a Pisco Sour cocktail.

Pisco Sour Cocktail:

2 oz. pisco
1 TBS sugar
1 TBS fresh lime juice
1 tsp egg whites

Preparation
In a blender, whirl 3 ice cubes, the pisco, the sugar, the lime juice, and egg whites. Blend until smooth and serve straight up in a martini glass. Optional to add a dash of aromatic bitters and a wedge of lime.
