In midtown Manhattan in the early 1930s bartenders began mixing Bénédictine Liqueur and fine French Brandy, creating Bénédictine and Brandy, to satisfy slightly drier tastes than straight Bénédictine. The drink was an instant classic, and now under the shortened name, B&B, you can buy the combination in bottle.
B&B Liqueur is comprised of two parts spiced Bénédictine Liqueur and one part fine French cognac. Bénédictine Liqueur was created by a Benedictine Monk in Normandy, France. Its complex recipe includes 27 plants, fruits, herbs and spices and its taste is distinctively sweet yet spicy. The brandy in B&B is more specifically, Otard Cognac which is smooth and balanced and a fine compliment to the Bénédictine Liqueur.

B&B may be served neat in a snifter, over ice, or in a variety of classic and contemporary cocktails. 80 Proof.
