Beltramo's Inc. is a California corporation, DBA Beltramo's Wines & Spirits. Every person who places an order through this web site ("Site") or uses this Site in any other manner, does by such use, agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the following terms and conditions, please do not use the Site.

ALL PRICES NET

All prices listed on this site are net unless indicated otherwise. Sales will be subject to applicable sale or use tax, if any.

UNDER AGE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES & TOBACCO PRODUCTS

All efforts will be made to prevent sales of alcoholic beverages to persons under 21 years of age or sales which are otherwise against the law. Each customer who uses this Site to purchase alcohol does by such use acknowledge that the person placing the order, the intended recipient and the person picking up or receiving the order is 21 years of age or older. Tobacco products also will not be sold to persons under 18 years of age.

IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED

Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages or tobacco are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker and the common carrier that delivers the merchandise is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. This means that a person 21 years of age or older must be present at the time of delivery to accept the order.

When picking up an alcoholic beverage product at our store, you must positively identify yourself as being over 21 years of age with a valid state issued driver's license containing you photo or a passport. We also require that you bring the credit card used to make the purchase with you.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship by common carrier, we deliver locally with our vehicles, and you may pick up merchandise at our store. See terms and conditions in Shipping and Delivery section of our Site.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

We use industry standard methods to protect your information from unauthorized access. Any data stored will be encrypted and stored in a password-protected server to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure.

PRICING ERRORS, PRICING CHANGES, & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All prices and other information provided in this Site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change incorrect pricing without notice. Product is subject to prior sale and availability is limited to existing inventory. There is no guarantee that any item listed will necessarily be in stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities without notice and there will be no rain checks. However, we will attempt to fill orders with additional purchases when feasible to do so providing that the merchandise can be quickly purchased at the same cost as our existing inventory.

RETURNS, CORRECTIONS & CANCELLATIONS

All wines and other products are sold on an "as is" basis. However, we will allow products that have been ordered in error to be returned if unopened and if in an acceptable condition. If products have been shipped, delivered or taken from our store, they will be subject to a 7% restocking fee. If we made the error there will not be any restocking fee. You may electronically copy and print to hard copy content for non-commercial, personal use. Any other use is strictly prohibited. CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. Visa, Master Card, and American Express. All sales from this Site must be paid prior to shipment.
