• Orders placed before 1:30 PM PST generally ship the same day.
• Orders placed after 1:30 PM PST ship the next business day
• Remember, we can ship non-alcoholic products to any state.
• At this time we do not ship international. However, please contact us because we have a company that specializes in international shipments of wine for retailers. Please note that international shipments may be subject to high duties.

Delivery of your wine:
An adult signature is required by law at the time of delivery and shippers are prohibited from leaving packages. We therefore recommend shipping your wine to a business address, unless you’re sure that someone over 21 will be at the residential address you provide.

Our shipping department does take every reasonable precaution to insure the safe transit of goods. During very cold or very hot weather we strongly recommend that you use "Second Day Air" or "Next Day Air". Also we reserve the right to hold Friday shipments until Monday so that the merchandise will not be sitting idle over a weekend. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Beltramo's Inc. is not liable for any damage to goods caused by weather conditions, other "Acts of God," unforeseeable delays or accidents during shipping by a common carrier. You may request insurance for any order over $100.

All efforts will be made to prevent sales of alcoholic beverages to persons under 21 years of age or sales which are otherwise against the law. Each customer who uses this Site to purchase alcohol does by such use acknowledge that the person placing the order, the intended recipient and the person picking up or receiving the order is 21 years of age or older. Tobacco products will not be sold to persons under 18 years of age. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages or tobacco products are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker and the common carrier that delivers the merchandise is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. This means that a person 21 years of age or older must be present at the time of delivery to accept the order.
