Try with rich dishes like pork and goose, as well as with the exotic spices of Indian, Asian and Moroccan cuisine. The hotter and/or sweeter the dish is, the richer the accompanying Gewurztraminer should be. The richer cuvées are exceptional with foie gras and strong, ripe soft cheeses.
