Weinbach Pinot Gris Cuvee Ste. Catherine 2010
From the lower part of the Schlossberg and from the Clos des Capucins, it is the driest of the Pinot Gris range. Rich, spicy, gentle and dry. A very good accompaniment to white meats, veal in a creamy sauce, poultry such as duck, goose, and also risotto, lighter game and grilled oily fish such as salmon, tuna, swordfish… also delicious with exotic spicy dishes.
