Garbèl, which in ancient local dialect means a dry, crisp, pleasantly tart wine, is produced from the hilly vineyards in the Colli Trevigiani area. The ample nose releases crisp-edged, complex fruit notes, and the palate is full-flavored with a crisp acidity. A wonderfully versatile sparkler, Garbèl’s 13 grams of residual sugar place it between the Brut and Extra Dry styles, making it perfect for wine bars as well as celebrations. Dalla Terra Importer

91 points The Wine Advocate-The estate’s NV Brut Rose offers up berries, mint and freshly cut roses, showing great length and a classy, totally polished finish. This is another strong version of one of the region’s most consistently delicious Roses. The blend is 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir (including 12% still Pinot), 60% 2007 and 40% 2006 reserve wine, all from vineyards in Bouzy. Dosage was 9 grams per liter.
