95 points The Wine Advocate:Barely budging in hue, the 2006 Amon-Ra Shiraz gives a very deep purple-black color and earthy, gamey aromas of forest floor, moss covered bark, Peking duck skin, mulberries, dried plums, blackberry preserves, incense, cinnamon stick and cloves. Very crisp, concentrated and full with medium-firm velvety tannins, it presents a slightly warm yet long and engaging finish. It’s approachable now and should continue to develop, drinking to 2022+.

95 points The Wine Advocate:In an average year Cullen produces around 1000 cases of Chardonnay, but in 2008 they were hit by rain and hail reducing the production to 300 cases. The 2008 Kevin John Chardonnay (named "Kevin John" after her father since 2006) has complex aromas of pineapple, hay, earth, marmite, toast, green mango and a touch of smoky bacon fat. Floral aromas of jasmine and orange blossom develop after a few minutes. Possessing an alluring combo of silkiness and minerality on the medium to full bodied palate, this is a very crisp, very complex Chardonnay with a very long finish. 90+ points The Wine Advocate-The 2008 The Wild Pixie is a blend of 95% Shiraz and 5% Roussanne aged for 12 months in mostly seasoned French oak. Opaque purple-colored, it offers up an enticing perfume of cedar, smoke, game, bacon, and blueberry. Firm and flavorful on the palate (from fruit picked before the heat wave), this savory, lengthy wine will evolve for 2-3 years and deliver prime drinking from 2012 to 2020. Jay Miller

The 2008 The Holy Trinity is a rich, deep magenta. There are vibrant fruit aromas of cherries, blackcurrant and raspberries, with underlying notes of sweet spices, liquorice and delicate florals adding complexity. The palate is silkysmooth, with fine tannins and acidity complementing the flavour of sweet dark fruit and spice, giving the wine abundant length and concentration of flavour. A pale straw with green tints, this wine shows great intensity on the nose, with fruits such as nectarine and white peach complemented by subtle nuances of fine-grained French oak. Line and length on the palate are the hallmarks of an outstanding Chardonnay and the Heggies Vineyard Chardonnay 2010 has those in abundance. The palate opens with fleshy stone and barrel ferment with further flinty textural complexity given by the wild yeasts. The 2011 Pewsey Vale Vineyard Riesling is a classic example of dry Eden Valley Riesling. A pale straw with green hues, the wine shows intense fruit aromas of talcum, crushed stone and lemon lime fruit, with a hint of overlaying dried herb. The palate shows great length and depth with lime, a hint of white flowers and fresh rosemary.
